  Just awful............went in to inquire about a brass urn that had been on my grandparents grave for 35 years and stolen. The office admitted that they take absolutely NO action to secure graves against vandalism and desecration and would not even consider video monitoring. The quite unfriendly woman at the counter made one excuse after another for the cemetary and suggested I go "across the street" to buy a "cap." No empathy. No professionalism. Just "washed the hands."

  As beautiful as this resting place is, the hours of operation are horrible. Longer hours at least on Saturdays please!

  The family ordered the concrete box and casket online and saved thousands of dollars. When the cemetery learned that they ordered the concrete box online JIM at Glendale cemetery waived the requirement of needing the vault. Check prices on caskets and vaults online before buying from the funeral home and cemetery.
